Delivery time / Prices

Delivery time can take up to 4 weeks. At the product sites you will find informations about the delivery time. After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation which contains the respective delivery time. You can also request the delivery time in advance.

If the product is not deliverable on time, we will inform you immediately. In this case you will have the option to cancel the order and get back your payment immediately (if payment has been done already). This does not apply to orders for custum made products.

Prices and delivery costs

The prices on the product sites includes the value added tax. The delivery within Germany is free. For the delivery within EU-countries we calculate delivery costs. You will find those costs for EU-Countries on the list on top of this site. The delivery costs for other foreign countries are upon request.

Method of payment

For private customers payment are possible with PayPal, advance payment with  2 % discount or credit card.  For Firms and institutions is payment on account possible.

Business clients

The delivery to business clients with VAT-Code the invoice will be issued without value added tax (net)

Private persons  within EU-countries

The delivery to private persons within EU-countries, the invoice will be issued with 19 % value added tax (gross)

Private persons outside of the EU-countries

The delivery to private persons outside EU-countries, the invoice will be issued without value added tax (net)

Deliveries to private persons within the EU countries are possible only by with PayPal, prepayment or creditcard
